EDUCATION
Hale Kula Elementary School, Honolulu, HI*
Performed mechanical and plumbing engineering for the construction of three new buildings that included a new 20,000 sqft two-story Classroom Building, a new 4500 sqft Administration Building and a new 21,000 sqft Library/Student Services Center. Engineering services were also provided for modifications and additions to several existing buildings on campus. Scope included a new Chiller plant that serves two of the new buildings.
Concorde Career College San Bernadino, San Bernadino, CA
Performed mechanical and plumbing engineering for a significant renovation of an existing 46,000 sqft two story facility educational facility. Renovation consisted of 18,300 sqft. New HVAC distribution systems were provided as well as expansion and addition to the Plumbing Systems.
McGaugh Hall, Vivarium Expansion, University of California Irvine, Irvine, CA*
Mechanical Engineer, was instrumental in the interview and selection process for the successful team on this project due to proposed mechanical innovation. Performed HVAC and plumbing evaluation of existing systems, concluding that the existing HVAC systems could be overhauled and modified for the vivarium expansion instead of adding a new mechanical system as proposed by the bid bridging documents. This change in design approach saved significant construction dollars, eliminated floor space required for the new mechanical system, increased the amount of floor space available for vivarium programming, and refurbished the deteriorating existing HVAC system.
Frederick Middle/Senior School, Frederick, CO*
Mechanical Engineer. Performed mechanical and plumbing engineering services and construction administration services for a major mechanical system upgrade and building addition. This included a new boiler system and roof mounted air handling systems. Construction administration services included submittal review and verification, field reports and RFI processing.

Mechanical Engineer. Performed mechanical and plumbing engineering services and construction administration services for a major mechanical system upgrade and building addition, which included new hydronic piping systems and terminal units. Construction administration services included submittal review and verification, field reports and RFI processing.
East Middle School, Aurora, CO*
Mechanical Engineer. Performed engineering and construction administration services for a major mechanical system upgrade, which included a new chilled water central plant and roof mounted air handling systems. Construction administration services included submittal review and verification, field reports and RFI processing.
Heritage Elementary School, Cherry Creek, CO*
Mechanical Engineer. Performed engineering, project management, and construction administration duties on mechanical upgrade to an existing elementary school, which included new packaged roof top units, a new boiler system and new distribution ductwork.

Beale Air Force Base Medical/Dental Clinic, Marysville, CA*
Mechanical Engineer. U.S. Army Corps of Engineers project. Performed mechanical and plumbing engineering services for a phased, complete building renovation and building addition, which included new hydronic piping systems, air handling units and terminal units.
Medical Arts Building, Hemet, CA*
Performed mechanical engineering services for CT replacement Linear Accelerator addition project. Engineering services included modification of existing air distribution system and upgrading the cooling-only split system.
Bakersfield Memorial Hospital Expansion, Bakersfield, CA*
Performed mechanical engineering services for 160,000+ square foot addition. Engineering services included expansion of existing chilled water and heating water systems, new roof mounted air handling units, and new V A V air distribution system.
Lakewood Regional Medical Center, Lakewood, CA*
Performed mechanical engineering services on several small interior remodels. Engineering services included modification of existing air distribution and heating water piping systems, and coordinating approval of plans with the California Office of Statewide Health Planning and Development (OSHPOD).

Mechanical Engineer. Performed mechanical design engineering services for a 60,000 square foot Oncology and Labor and Delivery addition.
