TRANSPORTATION

Metro Transit Authority, West Los Angeles, CA*
Mechanical Engineer. New construction, Compressed Natural Gas Maintenance Facility project, performed engineering services for new HVAC systems, including Water Source Heat Pump system, Maintenance area radiant heating and gas-fired ventilation systems, and plumbing systems. Coordination with architect, structural and civil consultants performed. Design completed, project not constructed.


Fort Collins Utility Service Center, Fort Collin, CO*
Mechanical Engineer. Performed engineering and construction administration services for a major building addition and minor building remodel work. It included major mechanical system additions and minor mechanical modifications. Construction administration services included submittal review, field reports and verification and RFI processing.


Highlands Ranch Service Center, Highlands Ranch, CO*
Mechanical Engineer. New 20,000 square-foot construction project, performed engineering and construction administration services for new VVT HVAC system and plumbing systems. Construction management of the project included bidding and contractor selection, contractor and vendor coordination, submittal review and verification, field reports, and RFI processing.

CORPORATE

Civic Center Office Building, Denver, CO*
Construction Administrator. Reviewed the design and submittal process, as well as the construction process on behalf of the owner for a 200,000-square-foot, 12-story building. Project included significant renovation and addition of 11 stories and three below-grade parking levels. Engineering systems reviewed and inspected were the central plant, built-up VAVAHU system, air distribution system, temperature control system, fire protection and life safety systems, and plumbing system.

Linear Technology Office Building, Colorado Springs, CO*
Mechanical Engineer. New 30,000 square-foot construction project, performed engineering and construction administration services for a new VAV HVAC system and plumbing systems. Construction management of the project included submittal review and verification, field reports, and RFI processing.

Colorado Center Tower II, Denver, CO*
Mechanical Engineer. Performed tenant finish design and construction administration services for this 20,000 square-foot office building. Engineering services included VAV air distribution, temperature control system modifications, and fire protection and plumbing fit out. Construction administration services included submittal review and verification and RFI processing.

Bank One Building Cooling Tower Retrofit, Denver, CO*
Project Manager/Mechanical Engineer. Performed client and contractor interfacing, as well as mechanical design and construction administration services. Engineering services included cooling tower retrofit with VFD addition and temperature control system" modifications. Construction management of the project included bidding and contractor selection, contractor and vendor coordination, submittal review and verification, field reports, and RFI processing.

17th Street Plaza VFD and Heat Exchanger Conversion, Denver, CO*
Project Manager I Mechanical Engineer. Performed client and contractor interfacing, as well as mechanical design and construction administration services. DreamWorks Data Center, Glendale, CA*
Mechanical Engineer. Performed engineering and construction administration services for a three phase project: Phase I: expand HVAC system for existing Data Center; Phase II: designed new chilled water pipe extension from remote central plant Data Center expansion; Phase III: expanded central plant with new water cooled chiller, cooling tower, pumps, and controls. Construction management of the project included contractor and vendor coordination, submittal review and verification, field reports, and RFI processing.

Sempra Energy Data Center, San Diego, CA*
Mechanical Engineer. Performed design and construction administration services for this 12,000 square-foot data center.
